🏭 Supplying Machines and Production Lines
IEEO supplies machinery and production lines from various origins including Italy, Turkey, Taiwan, Korea, and China. Additionally, we supervise the manufacturing of certain machines and lines locally in Syria, ensuring quality and customization.
📝 Contracting Procedure

Define Technical Specifications
We start by defining the technical specifications of the required machine or line, based on the customer's industrial application. IEEO will then propose the most suitable solution and optimal source based on our extensive experience. -
Contract Signing
The contract includes all technical details, pricing, manufacturing time, and any special terms as needed. -
Down Payment
Upon signing the contract, a down payment of 30% – 50% of the total value is required. -
Start of Manufacturing
Once the down payment is received, we immediately begin the manufacturing process according to the agreed specifications. -
Pre-shipping Validation
After completion, we send photos or videos of the machine in operation to confirm it meets the required specifications. -
Final Payment & Shipping
Once the machines are ready to be shipped, the remaining 50% – 70% balance is paid. We then pack and ship the machines to the buyer’s site. -
Installation Supervision
Upon request, IEEO sends a technical team to supervise installation and commissioning. The buyer covers travel and accommodation expenses. -
On-site Training
The technical team provides hands-on training to the buyer’s staff on machine operation and regular maintenance. -
Lifetime After-Sales Support
IEEO guarantees long-term support, including maintenance services and supply of spare parts.
💳 Payment Terms
The general payment method is:

30% – 50% down payment upon signing the contract

50% – 70% balance upon completion of manufacturing, before shipping
🛠️ Installation & Training
The buyer must ensure that the factory is fully prepared for installation, including:

Power supply

Water and drainage systems
-
Air compressors
-
Other essential infrastructure
Additionally, the buyer must have:

Required raw materials for production

Qualified staff available for training
Once the machines arrive and the site is ready, IEEO dispatches the technical team for setup and commissioning. The buyer is responsible for covering travel and accommodation costs.
⚠️ Note: Workers undergoing training must have a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. We do not provide training for staff with no prior technical experience.
🛡️ Warranty, Spare Parts & After-Sales Service

All machines and production lines are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of operation.

Machines must be operational within 18 months of delivery to maintain warranty eligibility.
Warranty Coverage Includes:
✅ Mechanical failures
✅ Manufacturing defects
Warranty Excludes:
❌ Damage due to misuse
❌ Electrical issues caused by unstable power sources
Spare Parts:

A set of essential spare parts (especially consumables) is delivered with each machine.

We use only globally recognized brands to ensure long-term reliability and minimal failure rates.
If a failure occurs:

Replace the faulty part using the provided spares.

If the part isn’t available, we will send a replacement.

During the warranty period, spare parts are free (buyer pays shipping only).

After the warranty expires, the buyer covers all associated costs.
💡 Tip: For faster resolution, the buyer can purchase locally available parts to minimize downtime and cost.
In case of mechanical breakdowns, IEEO works closely with the buyer to identify and resolve issues. If necessary, we may send a technical team.
